Conversion Table
U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon shortening
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon baking powder
walnuts, chopped, if desired
1 teaspoon baking soda
chocolate chips, if desired
Procedure:
Cream the shortening, sugar and eggs together. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and milk. Gently mix in the bananas.
Note: You may add the walnuts and chocolate chips here if desired.
Bake at 350º F in loaf pan for 1 hour.
